What to bring with you:

We’d advise that you wear loose, comfortable and bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket especially for the yoga, meditation and dance workshops. Some of the other workshops may involve a little movement.

Food:      
There will be a special weekend menu available. Food can be ordered and purchased at reception each morning. Costs vary from £5 to £20 depending on your choice of menu.

Travel:        
Stirling Management Centre is set amidst 300 acres of beautiful parkland, and its calm, tranquil surroundings allow you to hear yourself think. Located right at the very 'heart of Scotland', equidistant from Glasgow and Edinburgh and within the gaze of the historic Wallace Monument.

By Car:   
Stirling Management Centre is situated within the beautiful grounds of the University of Stirling campus, between Stirling and Bridge of Allan, just 5 minutes from Junction 11 of the M9.

By Rail:   
Stirling Station is situated in Goosecroft Rd, Stirling, Stirling, FK8. Tel: 0845 601 5929. E: nationalrail.co.uk‎. Stirling Station. Stirling is well served by trains from most parts of Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Inverness and Aberdeen. Some cross border trains from England also stop at Stirling, otherwise change at Edinburgh or Glasgow.

By Air:
Stirling is 20 miles from Glasgow Airport or 25 miles from Edinburgh Airport and the journey time is just over an hour by car to the centre.
